All you need to do is film a short video about your quest idea and why you want to go (must see contest rules and terms and conditions for video requirements and eligibility). Post your video on YouTube, then have a parent fill out the form below including the YouTube link to your posted video. All videos must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on June 7th, 2012 and follow all rules and terms and condtions to be eligible for consideration. Applicants must be between 4-16 years old.
